Summary:
We are conducting a study for patients with type 2 Diabetes. The study is approximately 8 months long and consist of 13 office visits and 24 telephone visits.
Qualified participants will be seen by a physician and qualified staff, will have blood work, ECG and physical exams all at no cost. Study related diabetes medication. And compensation up to $1200.00 for completion of the study
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be taking lantus or levemir
you

Be taking metformin
you
•
Have a clinical diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes
