Summary:
We are conducting a clinical research study for patients with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease (ex. heart attack, stroke, CAD, CABG, angina, stent).
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have Type 2 Diabetes
•
Have history of cardiovascular disease
•
Be at least 40 years of age
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Follow-up with physician and qualified staff, study related medication, diabetes testing supplies, compensation up to $1200.00 upon successful completion of the study.
