Summary:
We are conducting a clinical research study for patients with constipation caused by usage of opioid pain medication. The study is approximately 5 months long and consists of 8 office visits.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be taking prescribed opioid pain medication for non-cancerous pain
•
Be constipated from the usage of pain medication
•
Be willing continue same pain medication throughout the duration of the study
•
Be willing to complete daily study diary
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study follow-ups with physician and qualified staff. Study related medication as well as compensation for travel up to $400.00 upon successful completion of the study.
