Summary:

We are conducting a clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Naldemedine for the treatment of constipation due to Opioid therapy (OIC) in subjects with non-malignant chronic pain.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 19 and 80 years of age
• Have non-malignant chronic pain that has been treated with opioids for at least three months and have OIC. Must be otherwise healthy


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation for time and travel.
