Summary:
A&R is conducting a clinical research study in patients with High Cholesterol.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have a history of High Cholesterol along with one of the following:
- History of Cardivascular Disease
- Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- History of Kidney Disease
- Have Family History of premature Cardiovascular Disease
- Being receiving treatment for High Cholesterol
- Being able to provide documentation
Qualified Participants May Receive:
• Standar of care, related to the study
• Blood work
• Physical examinations
• Study medicine at NO cost
• You may receive reasonable compensation for your time & travel expenses
• Study participation does NOT require insurance, there are not any co-pays or deductibles
