Summary:
Do you still have back pain DESPITE having back surgery?
Failed Back Surgery Syndrome causes discomfort to those whose symptoms persist, despite attempted surgery to correct their pain.
Wake Research Associates is currently enrolling volunteers in a study of an already-approved device for the symptoms related to back pain after surgery.
Qualified Participants Must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Have 1 or 2 lumbar spine surgeries for the treatment of low back pain (extending into the legs), 3 to 36 months ago
Be on a stable dose of back-pain medication for 30+ days
Qualified Participants May Receive:
At no cost use of the study-related device, study-related medical care, compensation up to $300 for travel.
