Summary:
Looking for adults 18 and older diagnosed with type 2 diabetes taking insulin with or without metformin, and still needs helps getting hemoglobin A1c controlled.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months
•
Be taking insulin with or without an oral diabetic medication
•
Have a hemoglobin A1c between 7.1% and 9.9%.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study Medication, study related exams, blood work, nutritional counseling, and may receive reimbursement for travel.
