Summary:
A research study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the study medication in combination with “statins” compared with “statins” alone for 12 weeks in subjects with hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol). An optional 48-week extension period will follow the 12-week treatment period.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
•
Have dyslipidemia (high cholesterol)
•
Be taking a stable dose of “statin” medication for at least 3 months
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study participation includes all study-related labs, exams, and study medication. Compensation may be provided for qualified participants.
