Summary:
This is a 4-week study assessing the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication for the treatment of opioid-induced constipation in patients with non-malignant chronic pain receiving opioid therapy.

Qualified Participants Must:
• Be between18 and 75 years of age
•
Have a BMI under 38
•
Have taken opioid medication regularly for at least the last 3 months
•
Have had constipation symptoms, less than 3 bowel movements per week, for at least 3 months
Qualified Participants May Receive:
$60 per completed visit for time and travel.
