Summary:
A multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, 12-week, dose-range-finding trial of 5 and 20mg capsules of ykp10811 administered once daily at doses of 5, 10, or 30mg to subjects with Chronic Idiopathic Constipation.
If you’ve had difficulties going to the bathroom for at least 12 weeks and you are between 18 and 65 years of age, consider volunteering to advance research of this new potential treatment for persistent constipation.
