Summary:

If you’re between the ages of 18-65, and have not adequately controlled your Type II diabetes mellitus on metformin, you may qualify for a new clinical research study. Wake Research is currently enrolling participants in a research study of an investigational oral medication for those that are unable to control their type II diabetes with metformin alone.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Age between 18 and 65 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes that is not adequately controlled by metformin
• Be on a stable dose of metformin for the prior three months


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study related medical exams and investigational medication at no cost, compensation up to $1655 for time and travel
