Summary:

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, sequential parallel study of cerc-301 in the adjunctive treatment of subjects with depression despite antidepressant treatment.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 70 years of age
• Currently be taking antidepressant for at least the last 6 weeks
• Be available for study visits for 7 consecutive weeks


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study medication and research-related care provided at no cost. $50 stipend for each visit (excluding prescreen) to eligible patients.
