Summary:
We are recruiting for people with type 2 diabetes. The study is 18 months long and consist of 10 office visits. qualified participants may receive up to $875.00 for time and travel. If you or someone you know meets below listed criteria, please contact our site for more information.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be between 18 and 80 years of age
•
Have a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
•
Be taking metformin and a SU (ex. glipizide, glimepiride, glyburide, metaglip)
•
Not be taking any other medications for diabetes
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Physical exams, laboratory work, ECG, glucose testing supplies, and compensation for time/travel.
