Summary:

Psychiatric Care and Research Center is conducting a randomized, placebo-controlled study of the effects of a single intravenous dose of an investigational drug for the treatment of Major Depression. Depression is a serious illness that affects many with severe low mood, low energy, inability to concentrate or sleep, with feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness. It can affect people's professional and personal lives.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 65 years of age
• Have an episode of depression lasting at least 8 weeks
• Not have Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, or substance Abuse within last 12 months


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation for time and travel may be possible.
