Summary:
Research Participants are needed to help researches learn more about women’s knowledge, beliefs, and behaviors related to human papillomavirus (HPV).
To Participate you will:
- Spend about 15 minutes taking a short survey and viewing some HPV educational material.
- Then in 2 months you will spend about 10 minutes taking a second follow up survey.
- For your time you will receive a card in the amount of $5 for the first survey and $10 for the second survey.
- You may be asked to disclose your immunization record as part of this study.
- Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time.

Qualified Participants Must:
• Be female
•
Be between 18 and 26 years of age
•
Be able to speak English
•
Not be pregnant
•
Never had the HPV shot
Qualified Participants May Receive:
