Clinical Trial 26826

Gilbert, AZ 85234

Summary:

Are you taking an interferon beta medication for your MS?

Would you be interested in helping us assess a potential new medication?

We are currently recruiting patients for a clinical research study looking at an investigational medication that is an interferon beta requiring fewer injections than current interferon medications for relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). The study will last for just over 1 year, and patients will need to inject the investigational medication under their skin every 2 weeks.

You may be able to take part in this study if you:

  • are 18–65 years of age (inclusive)
  • have been diagnosed with a relapsing form of MS
  • are currently taking an interferon beta medication (e.g. BETASERON® [interferon beta-1b], REBIF® [interferon beta-1a]) and have not changed your dose for at least 4 months.

If you are able to take part, you will be treated, supported, and monitored carefully by a team of experienced medical staff. There will be no charge to you for the study medications, health checks, and medical care related to the study.

Clinical trials are medical research studies designed to test the safety and/or effectiveness of new investigational drugs, devices, or treatments in humans. These studies are conducted worldwide for a range of conditions and illnesses. Learn more about clinical research and participating in a study at About Clinical Trials.
