Gout is urate crystal-induced arthritis, which affects approximately 8 million Americans. Gout is often accompanied by other health problems. Local doctors have joined a nationwide research study and they need your help.
To qualify for one of our research studies you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a history of gout
- Have experienced a gout flare-up within the last year
Other pre-qualifying criteria must also be met. No insurance is required.
You will receive all study-related procedures at no cost if you qualify- and may be compensated for your time and travel.
