Clinical Trial 27142

San Francisco, CA 94109

Summary:

The current study that we have is investigating a CGRP antibody. The hopes are that this medication will help reduce the number of migraines and/or reduce their severity and duration.

The study consists of 5 visits. Each visit is 28 (+/- 3 days) apart. During these 5 months study patients are required to complete a daily headache diary that is web-based. It is important for study patients to have accessible internet connection throughout the course of the study. The diary can be accessed from any device that has internet connection (computer, tablet, smartphone).

Qualified Participants Must:

• Have used opioid based medications only four times a month
• Be present and available for all five visits
• Complete a web-based migraine headache diary
• Have 8 to 14 migraines per month and it's ok if a patient is on 1 migraine prophylaxis medication during their participation in the study

or

• 15 or more Migraines per month and it's ok if a patient is on 1 or 2 migraine prophylaxis medication during their participation in the study
• Have not failed 2 or more migraine prophylaxis medications

Qualified Participants May Receive:

$50 a visit and an additional $30 after visit 2 if they are able to complete the diaries correctly.
