Summary:
Type II diabetes in patients with mild Type 2 Diabetes under control with diet and exercise.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have mild diabetes, controlled by exercise and diet
•
Be 18 to 75 years of age
•
Cannot have had 2 or more emergency room visit
•
Cannot be a women currently breastfeeding
•
Cannot be pregnant or planning to become pregnant during course of the study
•
Cannot have been diagnosed with cancer within the last five years
•
Cannot have cardiac disease, no diabetic medication last 6 months
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Qualified patients will be compensated for time and travel, and compensation amount is preset by clinic, for time $30 and for transportation $10. Participants will also receive free examination, free medication, and free blood work.
