Discovery Clinical Trials in Arlington is looking for children ages 10 to 17 with type 2 diabetes to participate in a clinical research study for an investigational product for type 2 diabetes.
Your child may qualify to take part in this study if he or she:

Has a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
- Has been taking certain anti-diabetic medications for at least three months, or is being treated with diet and exercise alone
Other criteria will apply.
If your child is selected for this study, he or she may receive:-
No-cost, study-related medication
- No-cost, study-related medical examinations
- Reimbursement for time and travel
