Summary:

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of an investigational medication versus placebo (an inactive substance) in the treatment of moderate to severe facial acne.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 9 and 45 years of age
• Have facial acne that consists of blackheads and/or whiteheads
• Be able to attend 6 study visits


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study medication (or placebo) at no cost, compensation to defray the costs of time and travel for the study, study related exams with study dermatologist at no cost, and facial cleanser for the duration of the study.
