Summary:

The 1297.2 Study is an international clinical research study looking at a potential new treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. The potential new treatment - an investigational medication - has been developed to be similar to an existing, approved treatment.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 80 years of age
• Have moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis for at least 6 months
• Currently be taking a medication for their rheumatoid arthritis called methotrexate
• Never have taken Humira


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Either the existing, approved treatment or the investigational medication, once every 2 weeks for up to a year, study exams and study medication at no cost, and compensation for time and travel at every visit.
