Summary:

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the daily use of MLD10 (Magnesium) and placebo for the treatment of migraine, as measured by the change from baseline in the number of migraine headache days of subjects treated for 3 months. Magnesium is frequently used in the treatment and prevention of migraines. The study consists of 5 visits that span 5 months; a mandatory daily migraine survey must be completed for the duration of the study.

Study-related evaluations, procedures, and study medication will be provided at no cost. If you qualify for the study, reimbursement for time and travel may be provided.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be in good health
• Be between 18 and 65 years of age
• Have 3-14 migraine days per month
• Have onset of migraine before age 50
• Have stable history of migraines for at least 3 months prior to screening
• Complete daily online migraine survey
