Summary:

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of REGN475 (study medication) compared to placebo in patient with pain due to Osteoarthritis of the knee and/or hip.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 40 and 80 years of age
• Have taken some form of treatment in the past or are currently on a treatment for their Osteoarthritis
• Not have any other inflammatory conditions (i.e. Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc.) or any neuropathic disorders (i.e. Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, Neuropathy, etc.)


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study related tests and procedures including physical exams, ECGs, X-Ray and MRI, Lab work such as blood work, and compensation for time and travel expenses.
