Summary:
Investigators Research Group is conducting an open label, long-term safety and tolerability study of Plecanatide in patients with CIC.
Qualified Participants Must:

Be between 18 and 80 years of age
•
Have chronic constipation for 6 months or more
•
Not have other bowel disorders other than CIC
•
Not be taking pain medication that may cause constipation
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study medciation, Plecanatide, study exams and labs, study supplies, and compensation at every visit.
