Summary:

We are conducting a clinical research study of an investigational drug for Irritable bowel syndrome-constipation. The study is approximately 12 weeks long and consists of 6 site visits. The study drug I taken once daily, and you will need to make daily diary calls.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 85 years of age
• Have recurrent abdominal pain or discomfort at least 3 days per month that is improved with defecation and associated with a change in the frequency of stool or associated with a change in the appearance of stool
• Have a working phone to make daily diary calls and receive reminders


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study participants with receive investigational medication, exams and will be compensated for time and travel at each visit. Total compensation is $400.
