Summary:
Would you or someone you know like to receive the shingles vaccine?
Our physicians are conducting a research study for individuals who would like to receive an investigational shingles (herpes zoster) vaccine to determine its safety and effectiveness in preventing shingles.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be at least 80 years of age
•
Not have an allergy to any vaccine component (including gelatin) or a reaction to neomycin
•
Not have previously received any chickenpox or shingles vaccine
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study-related procedures, investigational study medication, and compensation for time and travel.
