Summary:
Does your child have asthma?
Local doctors are assessing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for asthma in children. The investigational medication is already licensed in the USA to treat asthma in patients who are 12 years of age and older.
Your child may be able to take part in the research study if they:
- Are 6 to 11 years old
- Have been diagnosed with asthma for at least 6 months
- Are taking a daily preventer medication called a corticosteroid
- Have not been hospitalized or required more
than one emergency treatment for their
asthma in the past 6 months.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Qualified participants will receive all study related care at no cost and may receive study medication.
