Qualified Participants Must:
• Have COPD, Chronic Bronchitis or Emphysema
Be 40 years of age or older
Be a current or former smoker
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study-related exams, evaluations, and study drug or placebo at no cost, medical insurance is not required, and compensation for time and travel may be provided.
