Summary:
Galenos Research is conducting a 24 week study for patients that have type 2 diabetes for at least 3 months and their current medication (which must include farxiga, invokana, or jardience) is not controlling the diabetes well enough. This study will include 11 office visit.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at least 90 days
•
Be taking one of the listed medications: Farxiga (dapagliflozin), Invokana (canagliflozin) or jardiance (empagliflozin) - with out without metformin
•
Be at least 18 years of age
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study medication, consults with medically qualified staff members (including blood work, ECG, physical exam) all at no cost. Qualified participants will also be compensated for time/travel up to $660.00
