Qualified Participants Must:

• Be diagnosed with Type II Diabetes
• Be taking Metformin or newly diagnosed
• Have A1C above 7.5
• Be between 18 and 65 years of age

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Up to $425 for time and travel and you will receive at no cost study medication, physical exam and lab tests.
