This study is being conducted to evaluate the effect of an investigational medication on heart health in patients with high triglycerides and heart disease.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 45 years of age or older
•
Have a high triglyceride level
•
Be on a cholesterol lowering medication
•
Either had a prior heart attack, carotid disease, stroke or peripheral arterial disease (affecting lower leg circulation)
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study drug medication, lab work, EKG's, and compensation for time and travel.
