Summary:
The purpose of PILLAR, a Phase 4 clinical trial, is to see if an FDA-approved prescription medicine called MYRBETRIQ (mirabegron) is both effective and safe as a treatment for Overactive Bladder (OAB) in older adult patients.
- You may find relief for your overactive bladder and disruptions to your lifestyle
- All study-related drugs and medical tests will be provided at no cost
- Participants will receive blood & urine analysis
- Your health will be monitored throughout the study by our team of medical experts
- Eligible participants may receive up to $75 per visit for their time and travel, up to $450 if completing the study.
- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off service may be available for participants
- You will help advanced medical research for overactive bladder
If you are 65 and older and experience a frequent and sudden urge to urinate, followed by leakage or loss of bladder control, for at least the past three months, you may be eligible to participate. Participants must not have a prior use of MYRBETRIQ (mirabegron).
