Summary:

Plaque Psoriasis: Adolescent Subjects with Moderate to Severe

This is a study to Assess the Potential for Adrenal Suppression and Systemic Drug Absorption Following Multiple Dosing with research product for 15 days in Adolescent Subjects with Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis.

Subject visits will take place at Screening, Baseline (Day 1), Day 8, Day 15, Day 29 (as appropriate) and Day 43 or 57 (if needed to confirm recovery).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 12 and 16.9 years of age
• Weigh at least 55 pounds (allows for blood draw of up to approximately 50 mL)
• Have a clinical diagnosis of stable (at least 3 months) plaque psoriasis
• Have psoriasis involving 20 to 50% BSA, not including the face, scalp, groin
• Be in good general health
