Summary:

Pharmacorp Clinical Trials is conducting a one year long study for people with COPD on at least 2 different medications. Must have had at least 2 exacerbations (bronchitis or pneumonia, etc) that were treated with antibiotics or steroids OR 1 severe exacerbation that resulted in being admitted to the hospital within a year. This is an injectable medication to be added to your current therapy.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 40 and 85 years of aged
• Be currently treated with 2 or more COPD medications
• Be current or ex-smokers
• Be willing to complete 2-3 hour visits in the morning before 11am


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study medication or placebo at no cost, rescue medication, a prescription card for your regular COPD medications which will cover the prescriptions for the year of the study, all study related procedures (ECG's, Spirometries, Physicals, Blood work, etc) at no cost, and compensation for time and travel.
