Summary:
Gulf Coast Medical Research is seeking people with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
from ages 18-75. Taking Metformin and still experiencing uncontrolled sugar levels.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be willing to come in for standard office visits or participate in phone visits
Qualified Participants May Receive:
AT NO COST:
Investigation Drug, Unlimited access to a physician, Diabetic Evaluation, Overall Health Evaluation, Health Monitoring over the entire period of the trial.
If eligible you will receive: Labs (Blood Work/Urine Testing), ECG, All Vitals (Including Blood Pressure, Height, Weight, Temperature, etc), HbA1C Testing. You will also receive all materials to test your sugar levels daily at home which includes a new glucometer, etc.
