Summary:

Currently, a clinical research study is ongoing to assess how well an investigational medication keeps giant cell arteritis from returning once prednisone has been stopped.

Participation in this study would last approximately 3 years and would include at least 27 visits to our office.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 50 years of age or older
• Currently have active Giant Cell Arteritis
• Have no history of Hepatitis B, C, or HIV


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study medication and study-related care for giant cell arteritis. Reimbursement may be provided up to $50 a visit for time and travel.
