Summary:

This study is being done to see how the body processes the study drug tecovirimat, along with its’ safety and tolerability. The study will compare how this occurs in individuals with various levels of kidney disease, as compared to individuals with normal kidney function. The information gathered in this study will help to determine the proper dosing recommendations for the study drug.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 75 years of age
• Have any level of kidney impairment or be on dialysis
• Be a non-smoker
• Be willing to agree to stay in our clinic for a period of 6 nights and 7 days for renal impaired subjects, and a period of 13 nights and 14 days for subjects on dialysis


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation up to $1500 (Renal Impairment) or $3250 (Dialysis) may be provided for time and travel.
