Summary:
A clinical research study of two FDA approved basal insulins to evaluate their effects on blood sugar levels.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
•
Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 1 year
•
Have been treating diabetes for at least 6 months with diabetes medication and still not adequately controlled with this treatment

Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study-related examinations, study-related medication, diabetes testing supplies, and Diet and lifestyle counseling
