Summary:

This study will evaluate the efficacy of rapastinel compared to anti-depressant therapy as a treatment for Major Depressive Disorder


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 65 years of age (Adult)
• Have no more than partial response (< 50% improvement) to ongoing treatment.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related medical care and investigational medication at no cost and may be compensated for time and travel.
