If you have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have an HbA1c level between 7.0-9.5, we need you for a new diabetes research study!

Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older

Have type 2 diabetes
•
Have HbA1c level between 7 and 9.5
