The study is testing an Omega-3 fish oil medication called Epanova in patients that are at high risk of Cardiovascular events to see if it lowers their triglycerides.
• Be 18 years of age or older• Be taking a statin• Have heart disease and/or risk factors• Have no intolerance or allergies to shellfish/omega-3
