Summary:
Are you living with type 2 diabetes? Do you take metformin every day?
You may be interested in joining the FREEDOM-4-OAD Study. We are looking for people to help us learn more about a potential new treatment option for type 2 diabetes.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be between 18 & 80 years of age
•
Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 3 months
•
have been taking metformin every day for at least 3 months.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
The study will last for just over 17 months and will require nine visits to the study center and five phone calls. You will be monitored carefully by a team of doctors and nurses. All study-related medications and assessments will be provided at no cost to you.
