Summary:
Do you or a loved one have chronic Heart Failure?
Local doctors are currently seeking volunteers to participate in a clinical research study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational study drug.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 to 85 years old
•
Have history of chronic Heart Failure (defined as requiring treatment for heart failure for a minimum of 30 days before study)
•
Be Currently hospitalized with primary reason of heart failure, prior heart failure hospitalization, or urgent heart failure admission to emergency department within 1 year prior to study
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Those who qualify may receive study required examinations and investigational study medication at no cost.
