Summary:
Do you suffer from recurrent Clostridium difficile (C. diff), an intestinal disorder? Wake Research Associates is enrolling volunteers with C. Diff in a study testing the effectiveness, tolerability and safety of an investigational medication for this condition.
Some of the symptoms of C. diff infection include:
- Watery diarrhea, up to 15 times each day
- Severe abdominal pain
- Loss of appetite
- Fever
- Blood or pus in the stool
- Weight Loss
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be at least 18 years old

Have C. diff

Qualified Participants May Receive:
- Study-related medication at no cost
- Study-related medical exams at no cost
- Compensation of up to $1,200 for time and travel
Insurance is not needed to participate in this study
