Summary:

Interested in how health and well-being are connected in your daily life? Researchers at Harvard University are conducting a study about how health and well-being are connected.

The study will last no more than 3 hours, but takes place over eight to ten days. You will be asked to complete questionnaires online four times and visit a Harvard laboratory once.


Qualified Participants Must:

are not diagnosed with clinical depression or other major mental disorder

do not have restrictions on what types of physical activity they can do

exercise less than 2 times per week

Qualified Participants May Receive:

You will be offered $50 in cash and/or gift cards for participation in the study. You will also be reimbursed for public transportation expenses to get to and from the laboratory (up to $6 in cash) or provided with complimentary parking near the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health on the day of their laboratory visit.
