Summary:

Study drug may improve cardiac function by increasing cardiac contraction and relaxation, by improving cardiac reserve, and by decreasing systemic vascular resistance without a significant impact on heart rate and myocardial exygen consumption. 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 - 85 years of age
• Have Heart Failure

Not Be:

• Smokers
• Drug or alcohol abusers
• Positive for Hepatitis B or C or Cancer in the last 5 years


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Financial Compensation of $2,700.00
