Summary:

An observational Prospective Long Term Exposure Registry of Adult patients with Moderate-to-Severe Ulcerative Colitis


Qualified Participants Must:

1-Be a man or woman at least 18 years of age

2-Have a moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis of at least 3 months duration prior to enrollment , confirmed by endoscopy at any time in the past . 

3- The patient is currently receiving Simponi or receiving Thiopurines at least 12 consecutives weeks of therapy prior to registry entry.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Elegible patients  will receive study-related exams  and medication at no cost. Participants will receive compensation for the time and travel
