Summary:

Patients with overactive bladder(OAB) could be shopping for groceries, working in the yard, or just out for a walk when the urge hits. If you are 18 or older and have had OAB you may qualify for the study which is being conducted to evaluate an investigational drug that has been developed for OAB.  The study consists of a screening period (5 weeks),  a single blind run in period( 2 weeks) and randomized double blind period 12 weeks.  Study follow up period (4 weeks).  Patients who complete the week 12 visit may be offered the opportunity to enroll in a 40 week double blind extension study.  Study treatment are dosed orally once daily. 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a history of OAB(as diagnosed by a physician) for at least 3 months prior to the study


Qualified Participants May Receive:

All study related visits, tests and drugs will be provided at no cost. In addition you may be compensated for time and travel.
