A clinical research study is now enrolling patients who have depression with symptoms of anxiety.

Most patients with depression are already taking an antidepressant, but sometimes an additional treatment is needed. In this clinical study, the researchers are examining the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medication as an add-on treatment for patients whose current antidepressant has not seemed to help their symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 to 64 years of age
• Have a current diagnosis of depression with symptoms of anxiety
• Be taking at least one antidepressant medication for at least 6 weeks and feel that it is not helping enough

Qualified Participants May Receive:

All study-related care at no cost.

This includes office visits, the study medication, physical exams, and lab tests.

Clinical trials are medical research studies designed to test the safety and/or effectiveness of new investigational drugs, devices, or treatments in humans. These studies are conducted worldwide for a range of conditions and illnesses. Learn more about clinical research and participating in a study at About Clinical Trials.
